It definitly deserved an english translation and I am so happy that Aranael made this.RMRK Announcements, Support, Feedback and Archives So, I hope at least someone will play this amazing game. If anything is missing or the font looks hideous (as in, not like the screenshots), please tell me and I will upload the necessary files. Also, for everyone who has never played such an old game, here are the keybindings:Įnter/Space (and probably a few more) = Confirm/InteractĮSC/C/V/B/N (and probably a few more) = Cancel/Back/Open Menu/Close Menuį4 = Toggle Fullscreen/Window Mode (this probably stretches and looks ugly)į5 = Toggle between 320x240 and 640x480 in Window ModeĪ controller most likely doesn't work and fullscreen will be wonky - I suggest using 640x480 Window Mode and a Keyboard.įrom what I understood, the english version should come with the necessary RTP for the RPG Maker 2000 as well as the font. This being a RPG Maker 2000 game comes with quite a few limitations, just be warned. What it does though is give you more information about the incredible world and its inhabitants. Sometimes it comes down to moral choices and sometimes there is just an additional secret way to solve said quest. ![]() Most of the times you can solve these in more then one way. Nearly every NPC is unique and has his or her own story and often a side quest is associated with them. The world itself takes much inspiration from classical high fantasy - the main antagonist is a vampire for example - but it is still unique enough to not just feel like a carbony copy of Lord of the Rings or Dungeons and Dragons. Where the game excells though is the world building, characters and dialogue. But hey, everything works, and if it aint broken don't fix it, right? If you have ever played a RPG Maker 2000 game you will know exactly what to expect. It's definitly no Velsarbor in regards to gameplay. It's not bad, but it doesn't do too much to deviate from the standard RPG Maker 2000 systems.
